Property Maintenance & Practical Work

Alongside university, I undertake self-employed handyman and property-maintenance work for local clients in Poole and Southampton. This page shows the practical work and project transformations that are less relevant to my engineering CV.

The work ranges from small household maintenance through to substantial outdoor construction and property-improvement work.

Projects include pressure washing, painting, fence construction and repair, IT support, light-bulb replacement, gardening, general DIY, guttering and downpipe installation.

I have completed 20m+ fence installations and downpipe work on larger properties. Running this work myself has developed practical capability, client trust, planning, communication and independent problem-solving.
