Case Study

Project overview

This A-Level product design coursework project involved designing and manufacturing a custom mountain bike rack. The aim was to hold high-value bikes securely while avoiding contact points that could damage the frame.

The project brought together customer research, concept development, prototyping, manufacturing, and evaluation. It remains a useful early example of my interest in practical design and making physical products for a specific user need.
